Chandigarh, May 13: An official of Haryana AG (Audit), Rakesh Bakshi, has been appointed as Match Commissioner by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) for the 62nd National Football Championship for Santosh Trophy to be conducted in Jammu and Srinagar from May 25 to June 15.
